The perfect Scout Knife
This is the perfect scout knife for any scout old enough to carry one. Everything the kid needs and little he doesn't. Sure, there are knives with more tools, but why carry the weight and wear out your pockets if you don't need to? Swiss steel holds its edge better than cheap knock-offs and if my 25 year old Tinker is anything to go by, rust resistance will be excellent.
Best Practical Swiss Knife
I've carried the Boy Scout model Swiss Army knife for over fifteen years. In my opinion, it embodies the most useful combination of Swiss Army features available in a "pocketable" package. After all, how often does one need a corkscrew, anyway? The quality is superb; I'd still be carrying my original decade-and-a-half old knife if I hadn't bent one of the blades (through flagrant abuse) to the point that it was no longer sharpenable.
I use this product at least daily, and after fifteen years can't imagine life without it.
Great knife
This is a great knife, I like this boyscout model better since it replaces the corkscrew with a philips screwdriver.
