Description
Designed for skiers, hunters, fishermen, golfers, or anyone who works or plays in the cold for long hours, the Heatmax HotHands-2 Hand Warmers are air-activated and will provide up to 10 hours of soothing warmth inside gloves, pockets or wherever you feel a chill. All Heatmax warmers are made of natural materials, including iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and wood fiber. When exposed to air, these materials react together to produce heat through an extremely fast oxidation (or rusting) process. Users should allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmers to reach their optimal temperatures.

Customer Reviews
Instant relief

I ordered the Hot Hands for a friend who had eye surgery and needed to keep heat on her eye for extended periods. A hot washcloth involved continuous trips to the microwave. The Hot Hands are small and easily taped over the eye, providing 12 hours of warmth. Wrapped in Seran wrap and lined with wet paper towel, they also provided moist heat. A true blessing.
hot hand

I have neuropathy and my feet and legs are especially painful. Putting the hot hands pack in my shoe helps the pain as the brain cannot seem to process 2 sensations at the same time. While an electric hot pad is useful in bed it is not portable nor mobile so hot hands keep me moving and active.
Was a good deal before price was doubled

It is really odd how this product was $13 one dad then $26 the next. Not worth it at the current price.
Good for Renaud's

My husband has Renaud's syndrome and these hand warmers are just what he needs to keep his
fingers warm while sitting watching TV. They are simple to use--just unwrap and hold!
Warning

Beware: These hand warmers contained iron filings large enough for one to get caught like a splinter in my hand. Fearing smaller particles might enter air and reach lungs or affect pets have discontinued use.
