Customer Reviews

Doesn't assemble properly

1.0 / 5.0

On receiving this item I found it impossible to assemble as the hole in the cot did not allign with the pole.

I have tried to return two of these (purchased in mid September) but have had no reply to two emails sent, one immediately after trying to get the thing up and another four weeks later. Will keep trying.

Hard to recommend both the product or the customer service!

great product

5.0 / 5.0

I have no idea why I slept on an air mattress for so long? This by far is one of the best products out there. Plus since I don't have that much room to use for a bed it fits perfectly.

Great cot

5.0 / 5.0

This cot is perfect for anything - camping, extra guests spending the nite over, temporary bed. We bought it for temporary sleeping place, but I look forward to going camping to use it. The service from Amazon was absolutely great and fast. The cot is easy to set up, and what's cool, it has Velcro on one side of the cot, so you can tighten it up in case the material gets weaker from repeated use. It is made of aluminium, so it is light. I would not have kids jumping on it or two people on it, but for a person of normal height and weight, it is very sturdy.

Comfortable & sturdy

5.0 / 5.0

This cot is great for camping and also for extra guests at home. It is very stury and very comfortable sleeping. The space for storage underneath the cot keeps our tent tidy and clutter free while camping.

Excellent tent cot/extra bed

5.0 / 5.0

I just bought this item after researching cots online for several hours. I trusted the many other reviews and bought 2 of these cots. I just got them today. They are packaged nicely and have a very simple assembly. The legs are attached and fold in place easily. The material is secured by two end rods. I was concerned about the assembly based on the reviews. The company must have fixed the problem because these cots were simple to assemble. Both cots were very comfortable and they do not make any noises or squeeking--which is usually a big problem with most cots. Excellent frame and very strong material. These cots were bought for our kids. They are regular sized cots so if your wide in the shoulders (or just want more room) you may want to look at a wider cot: 40" wide cot--which I bought 2 off Amazon also. They are a little more money and made by a different maker but I want to be comfortable if I'm tenting it! I would highly recommend this item to any one. They make a great extra bed for guests too! P.S: You don't need a cot pad for this one, the sleeping bag is good enough for comfort.
