My observations

Texsport Party Hut 17-Foot by 15-Foot Screen Arbor
It took my husband and I almost an hour to set it up. The numbers DID fall off the frame peices, but I don't see a problem with that because the roof top rods are different from the rest. We used it on the 4th of July and stayed at least 95% bug free. If staked properly, higher winds cannot dismantle it or blow it away. For the price, it's pretty good. One DOES get what they pay for, so do be aware of that. It leaks along the seams while raining, so get sealer too.
Screened Tent

Used this tent for first time for family picnic in backyard on Memorial Day. Great! We put all food, etc in tent, had grill right outside and close to pool. Will use it again on 4th of July. Definitely recommend!!
NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT

Texsport Party Hut 17- by 15- Foot Screen Arbor
We purchased the Texsport Party Hut in late September, being in a jam for an outdoor BBQ Party. Very few tents available at the end of September.
The Party Hut is made of low quality materials - poles are thin and will not last in a wind or rain storm. The poles have numbered stickers on them which fall off as the tent is being assembled, so unless you go around to each pole and tape the number back on, you will have trouble assembling the tent the next time around.
The tent was only up for two days at which time we already saw holes in the mesh/netting material. The ground stakes are plastic, so if your ground is hard, hammering the stakes in will result in them breaking.
Not sure why they could not supply metal stakes as most tents do.
One of the fabric rings in which you secure the line and stake to, broke off on the first day.
The shape of the tent makes it difficult to put tables/chairs in if you are using one wall for a long food table, etc.
Unfortunately, the description and pictures of the tent are nicer than the real thing - it's just another cheap product made overseas and not worth the $188.00 we paid inclusive of shipping.
There are much better products out there. Our last tent gave us (5)years before it got damaged in very high wind gusts overnight. The tent was 15x20 and 7' high, so much better for a party.
