Definitely a requirement if you're going to use a Nalgene. Those things are ridiculous. :D

A must

If you have the wide mouth nalgene and you've tried drinking out of it in the car while someone else is driving and trying to make you spill. Then you HAVE to have this. The only downside to it is that the ice will block the hole. But boo hoo. Great product.

There are better alternatives

I really don't understand why anyone would buy an Easy Sipper over a SplashGuard. Nalgene Custom Splashguard

wrong size

I was mistaken and thought that this fit any wide mouth nalgene, it didnt fit on my 16 oz. The package says its made for a 32 oz. Nalgene. Maybe I missed this detail, but was diappointed that it dint fit :-(

Works great

Works great, keeps me from spilling on myself, especially when I have ice in there. Doesn't slip, fits just right. Easy to get in and out. The bottle top screws right over it. I can toss it in the silverware spot in my dishwasher to wash.
