My towel arrived just int time for my trip but not in time for me to wash it first. Too bad as it was stiff as a board. I eventually had a chance to throw it in the wash and dryer after which it was nice and soft and packed better as a result. However, it has not been the miracle drying thing I was hoping for. It takes a little longer to dry than I would have hoped. Granted some climates I have been in were a bit on the damp side but still, it shouldn't take 12 hours for a towel designed to dry quickly to dry. Just saying.

They also organize their gifts by things like Hostess, College and Our Friend Fred (for those people you don’t know very well but want to get something really neat).  The ‘Edge’ Brownie Pan, for th

Street Judgment, good or bad? Tips on employment.

Homes for Heroes is looking for some help. What kind of help you ask? Well it is simple really. We have a long list and since it is the Christmas season, a list seems appropriate. As you look through the list you will see that we are not going after big buck items mostly volunteer time to get the word out. Homes for Heroes and the Homes for Heroes Foundation is hoping to make an impact on the housing needs of our Police, Firefighters, Soldiers and First Responders. Getting them into their dream

Long Term Parking

Karin and I took a quick spin to Home Depot to pick up a new air filter for the house when we spotted this urban camper settled in for what appears to be an extended stay.  Notice the satellite dish next to the camper door?  The man must be on a serious shopping mission. If nothing else you gotta admire his dedication to staying off the grid.  It’s this type of person we’ll be looking up to when machines finally take over…
