Customer Reviews
Now THAT'S refreshing!

I first experienced the Stearns Sun Shower years ago, and remembered how nice it was to have an outdoor shower while camping. I don't remember it being heated by solar energy, but it's been too long to recall.
I purchased the Sun Shower 4 recently for myself. It's a savior for early morning surf sessions. Not long ago I would boil water, fill up plastic jugs, and hope that the water was warm when I got out of the ocean. Now, I fill it up with hot tap water, leave it on my roof rack, and when I get out the water is always hot, an amazing luxury.
I've had many people ask about it while watching me use it. I even had a guy offer me $50 to sell it to him. The adjustable nozzle delivers great pressure, there's a nice pouch to put soap (biodegradable of course), and a sturdy handle that enables you to run a rope through it to hang for easy use. I actually haven't had any trouble just setting it on top of my SUV and letting gravity deliver the water.
The 4 gallon capacity let me have one decently long shower, to rinse out my wetsuit completely, rinse off my surfboard, and give my car a bath while I was at it. It would easily deliver showers for 2 or 3 people.
