Gloom when I could not make it work & emailed the dreaded customer service. At 8am next morn, friendly, professional Tom called, walked me thru non existent instructions, apologised! & said he would, that day, UPS a replacement & a prepaid return label. Arrived after weekend but another snag! Emailed Tom, he called next morn & solved it. Really it warmed my heart because from many recent experiences I had resolved to give up online purchases because of cust. serv. horrors. Will report usage experience.
