Nice Cot

4.0 / 5.0

Pretty comfortable, but it does squeak some. Plenty of room on it for average size people. Very sturdy. Great for extra beds in guestrooms for kids or extra guests, takes up very little space and stores easily. Mattress is also easy to wipe down. A lot easier to set up than air matresses and never springs a leak!

No more blowing up air mattresses!

4.0 / 5.0

This bed is great!
My friends and I go camping a lot and one of my least favorite things to do is spend 20 minutes blowing up an air mattress just to have it lose air later in the night. This cot is the perfect solution! It's pretty light, doesn't take up too much space (about the same as a tri-fold lounge chair), doesn't squeak when you toss & turn (thanks to the springs!), and is actually pretty darn comfortable! I was afraid the bed wouldn't be quite wide enough for my taste (I weigh about 150 and I have what I think are wide hips), but much to my surprise the width was just fine. I didn't even roll off the cot in the middle of the night!

The only complaint I have about the bed is that the legs on the ends of the cot don't "lock" open. Meaning that you can't dive onto the cot (or rock it toward the head or foot) for fear that that end of the bed will collapse.

Otherwise, I highly recommend this Coleman Bunkmaster cot!

It is Fall Foliage Time In Michigan Nov 20th, 2008 by Penelope SanMateo by Penelope SanMateo The colors in the Upper Peninsula in the fall will be well worth the trip to see. There are nine different areas that are suggested. The first is a trip of 105 miles from Hancock to Lake Linden, on to Lac La Belle, Bete Grise and then to Copper Harbor. Leave Copper Harbor and go to Eagle River and on to Calument and Laurium and back to Hancock. The route covers Mackinac County with the peak color ex

How to Travel Solo

Travelling alone can be a grand adventure – but it can also be a great risk. Here are the steps to take if you are venturing on a solo trip. If you are used to being alone, continue your regular routine as much as possible when on the road. If not, spend your time before your trip in a variety of solo activities so you get used to the solitude: eat at restaurants, go to local museums etc. If you are going on a solo camping trip, go for a trial run to make sure you can comfortably carry all th
